Long Time No Post!

Well, I haven't been on here in five months and a LOT has happened in that time. Here are the major "categories" and their highlights!

House:
We lost our house and are now living with our grandparents.

Rabbits:
When we moved we took our rabbits to be boarded at the rabbitry where they were born as we could not bring them with us.

Dog Agility:
On August 28th Brinkley and I attended our first Agility Trial! It didn't go well but was a learning experience for us. Out of three runs I had two ELIM (Eliminations) and one DNR (Did Not Run). The following video is of the second run and the only one I have a video of.

Then on November 12-13th Brinkley and I attended our second Agility Trial and first Two Day Trial. This one was much more succesfull and out of six runs total over the two days we got one ELIM, one 6th, one 4th, one 3rd, two 1sts and three Qs (Qualifying Run)! Here is a video for that trial!

Work:
In December 2010 I ended my current job which was working with my grandparents and started looking for a new job. My hope was to get something with animals. Well, after more then three weeks of searching I finally found one! I will start working at Zamzows tomorrow! I will be a Bather in their Grooming department!

MOUSE! EEEEKKK!!!!!

Yesterday my dad said he saw a mouse in the garage! YIKES! So, we made sure that the dog food and rabbit food were both in sealed containers so that he doesn't get into them. Then I took my dog Brinkley (a Flat-Coated Retriever) into the garage and pointed out to him the last place my dad saw the little critter. And sure enough he picked right up on a scent and followed it into a little cubby in our garage that holds some bar chairs and our golf clubs. The perfect place for a mouse to hide. Well, it being late and I not wanting to dig around to find the critter, I praised him for his good work and put him back outside. Today dad will probably come home with some mouse traps to set up and hopefully we can get the little bugger before he makes his way into the house. More info to come as the saga with the mouse continues.
Well the mouse was eventually found (in the dog food) and set free outside! He did not return and so probably went to bother another family.

The First of Many Jots!

Hi All,
I have finally started a blog! And though I am a bit new at this and may only post once a week in the beginning I am sure that once I get the hang of it I will be posting every day! Here is where I will post jots on my life as a home school graduate that is working part time, finishing some unfinished High School courses and looking at colleges. You will get stories of my journeys as an Irish Dancer and as an Agility Dog's partner! As well as just miscellaneous stories on my life and its goings ons. Well that's it for now! See you next post!
